Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship across India, covering metro cities, towns, and even remote locations. If your PIN code is serviceable, we’ll deliver.

2. Shipping Partners
All orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies or Speed Post, based on your delivery location and order size. We choose the most reliable option to get your order to you safely and quickly.

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 4 working days from the date of order and/or payment, or as per the timeline agreed at checkout.

Please note:
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time:
Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 4–7 working days (or more in rare cases)
Final delivery depends on the courier/postal network and is subject to their norms.

5. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India—no minimum order value, no hidden fees.
If any special shipping charges apply (e.g., express delivery), it will be clearly mentioned at checkout. Any such charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Shipping During Sale Periods
During sale or promotional periods, additional shipping charges shall apply to all orders. The applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment, and by placing an order, the customer agrees to bear such charges.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
A tracking link will be shared on your email or WhatsApp.
You’ll also receive a delivery confirmation once the package reaches you.

7. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address and contact details are accurate.
Need to make changes? Contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. We won’t be able to edit the address once it’s dispatched.

8. Delays & Responsibility
We ship with full faith and the best possible courier options, but KIAV is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, postal authorities, or factors beyond our control (like weather or public holidays).
