We do not provide refunds. Exchanges or store credits are available, except during SALE events, where store credits are not applicable.
Exchange Policy
1. Defective or Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that’s defective, in the wrong size or color, we’ll replace or exchange it at no additional cost.
2. Fit Issues with Correct Size: If the correct size still doesn't fit well, we offer an exchange with a small fee.
3. Ineligible Reasons for Exchange: We cannot exchange items for reasons such as change of mind or wanting a different product.
How to Exchange
1. Use the “Exchange” button at the top right corner of our website.
2. Complete the required details.
3. Submit your request.
4. Our team will confirm pickup within 24 hours.
5. Exchange or credit will be processed within 3–4 days.
6. Delivery of replacement products usually takes 5–7 days after shipping
Exchange Eligibility Criteria
Product must be in original condition with tags attached.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Requests accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are limited to a onetime request per product.
Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Only exchanges for defective items or size adjustments (with applicable charges) are allowed.
Exchanges for different items are not permitted.
