Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds. Exchanges or store credits are available, except during SALE events, where store credits are not applicable.
Exchange Policy
- Defective or Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that’s defective, in the wrong size or color, we’ll replace or exchange it at no additional cost.
- Fit Issues with Correct Size: If the correct size still doesn't fit well, we offer an exchange with a small fee.
- Ineligible Reasons for Exchange: We cannot exchange items for reasons such as change of mind or wanting a different product.

Exchange Eligibility Criteria
- Product must be in original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Requests accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are limited to a onetime request per product.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- Only exchanges for defective items or size adjustments (with applicable charges) are allowed.
- Exchanges for different items are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid Orders: They cannot be canceled but can have the delivery address changed if needed.
- COD Orders: Can be canceled before dispatch but not after.
